Allroad Service & Repair - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the provision of emergency roadside services for heavy equipment, as well as scheduled general services and repair, by Allroad Service & Repair ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By accepting our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Prepayment Up Front:

• Emergency roadside services may require prepayment before dispatch.
• Prepayment can be made via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods accepted by Allroad Service & Repair.

2. Cancellations:

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service appointment.
• Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Out of Town Fees:

• Additional fees may apply for services provided outside our standard service area.
• We will inform you of any out of town fees before dispatching our team.

4. Failure to Disclose Pre-Existing Vehicle Conditions:

• It is your responsibility to disclose any pre-existing conditions or issues with your heavy equipment.
• Failure to do so may affect the accuracy of our service quote and result in additional charges.

5. Returned Payment Fees After Services Have Been Rendered:

• In the event of a returned payment (e.g., bounced check or declined credit card), you will be responsible for any associated fees.
• Payment is expected within 48hrs of notification of the returned payment.

6. Acceptance of Services Binds Customers to Allroad Service & Repair Terms and Conditions:

• By accepting our services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Allroad Service & Repair.

7. Prices Are Based on Reasonably Assumed Vehicle Condition; However, Prices Will Vary Based on Actual Problem:

• Our service prices are estimated based on reasonably assumed vehicle conditions.
• Prices may vary depending on the actual problem diagnosed during service.
• We will provide you with an updated estimate if the scope of work changes.

8. Business Hours:

• Our normal business hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM MST to 5:00 PM MST for scheduled general services and repairs.
